A paid audit is created after verified payment. Invoice creation continues independently and cannot block the audit. The checkout shows the gross price, currency, VAT treatment and the exact active package before confirmation.

The active package shown on pricing and at checkout is the binding product scope for that order. It supersedes general marketing language where the two differ.
Service scope
The package snapshot records the enabled benchmark systems, scenario volume, repetitions, evaluation method, deliverables, delivery target, support and known limitations. Later configuration changes do not silently alter an existing order.
Delivery and result limits
The stated delivery time is a target after the audit pipeline starts, not a guaranteed deadline. Provider availability and source access may cause delays. The service measures observed AI behavior and does not guarantee future ranking, mention, recommendation or revenue.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate place, contact and billing information, use reports lawfully and human-review sensitive facts before publishing changes. Access credentials and private reports must not be shared publicly.
